What This Recognition Means to Me, and Why It Matters to Every Couple I Serve

When I received the news that I had been recognized by Influential Women for leadership, service, and creating meaningful impact, my first reaction wasn't to celebrate a personal achievement.

It was to reflect on the journey that brought me here.

For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of leading teams, solving complex challenges, and helping transform healthcare organizations. Along the way, I learned that true leadership isn't defined by a title. It's measured by the lives you impact, the relationships you build, and the difference you make in the moments that matter most.

That philosophy is exactly what inspired me to create The Vow Experience.

While healthcare and weddings may seem like two very different worlds, they share something incredibly important. Both are centered on people. Both require compassion, trust, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to serving others during some of life's most meaningful moments.

Every ceremony I officiate is personal because every couple's story is personal.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all ceremonies. I believe your wedding ceremony should reflect your relationship, your values, your faith, your family traditions, and the journey that brought you together.

This recognition reminds me that success isn't measured by awards or accomplishments alone. It's measured by the opportunity to serve others with excellence and authenticity.

Whether I'm standing beside a couple exchanging vows on a beach in South Florida, officiating an intimate elopement, celebrating a vow renewal decades in the making, or helping a family create a meaningful ceremony, my purpose remains the same.

To help create moments that will be remembered for a lifetime.

I am deeply grateful to Influential Women for this recognition, and even more grateful to every couple who has trusted me to be part of one of the most important days of their lives.
