Welcome to The Vow Experience. These are the terms that apply when you use our website and services. We've kept things straightforward. No fine print, no surprises.

What We Do

The Vow Experience provides personalized wedding officiant services, including wedding ceremonies, elopements, and vow renewals, primarily serving couples across South Florida and throughout the state of Florida. All services are delivered by Minister Jessica Quintana.

Inquiries and Bookings

Submitting a form on our site is the start of a conversation, not a confirmed booking. We'll reach out to discuss your vision, answer your questions, and go from there. A booking is only confirmed once we've connected directly and any required agreements or deposits are in place.

We do our best to respond promptly, but sending a form doesn't guarantee availability for your requested date or location. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of making it work.

Pricing and Availability

The prices on our site reflect our current ceremony collection rates, but they may change over time. Travel fees for ceremonies outside of South Florida are always quoted separately and in advance. No surprises.

Dates are limited, so we recommend getting in touch as early as possible to secure yours.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site, the text, images, logos, ceremony descriptions, and design, belongs to The Vow Experience. Please don't copy, share, or repurpose any of it without written permission.

The same goes for custom ceremony scripts written for our couples. Those are our creative work and remain the intellectual property of The Vow Experience unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Using This Site

We just ask that you use the site the way it's intended: to learn about our services, explore ceremony options, and reach out if you're interested. Please provide accurate information in any forms you submit, and don't do anything that would interfere with how the site works.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date, but we provide it on an "as is" basis. We can't guarantee that every detail will be perfect at every moment.

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Vow Experience isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages that might come from using this site or relying on the information here. If something seems off, just let us know and we'll make it right.
