Privacy Policy
Last updated April 27, 2026. We've written this in plain language so it's easy to understand. If you have questions about anything below, please reach out. We're happy to help. For detailed legal advice, a licensed attorney is always the best resource.
Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our site or reach out through one of our forms, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you fill out a form on our site, we collect the details you share with us, such as your name, your partner's name, email address, phone number, how you'd like us to reach you, the type of ceremony you're envisioning, your preferred collection, wedding date, ceremony location, and anything else you include in your message.
We don't directly collect technical information like IP addresses or device data ourselves. However, a few third-party tools we use on the site (like Google Analytics and Cloudflare) may automatically receive some of this information when you visit, according to their own privacy policies. You can read more about that in the "Third-Party Services" section below.
How We Use Your Information
We use the details you share to get back to you about your inquiry, schedule your consultation, plan your ceremony, and stay in touch about your booking. That's it.
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes. Your details stay between us and the tools we use to keep the site running smoothly, which are described below.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to keep our website secure and to understand how people find us. These services may independently receive certain technical data (like IP addresses, browser type, and device information) when you visit:
Cloudflare Turnstile helps us make sure form submissions come from real people, not bots. As part of that process, Cloudflare may receive your IP address and browser information on their end. You can learn more at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Google Analytics helps us see which pages people visit and how they find our site. It independently collects anonymized usage data; we see general trends, not personal details. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.
When you submit a form, your inquiry is delivered to us through a secure Cloudflare Workers endpoint. Your information is transmitted safely and isn't stored on any third-party server beyond what's needed to deliver the message to us.
Cookies and Tracking
Our site uses cookies to support basic functionality and the analytics and security tools mentioned above. Google Analytics sets cookies to help measure traffic patterns, and Cloudflare sets cookies to support spam prevention and security.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Just know that turning them off may affect some features, like form verification.
Your Rights
You're always welcome to ask us about the information we have on file for you. You can request to see it, have it corrected, have it deleted, or opt out of future communications. Just let us know.
Reach out using the contact information below and we'll take care of it as quickly as we can.
Keeping Your Information Safe
We take care to keep your information secure. Our site uses HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted safely. That said, no online system is 100% secure, but we treat your details with the same care we'd want for our own.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever update this policy, we'll post the changes here with a new date at the top. We'd encourage you to check back from time to time, though we don't anticipate frequent changes.
Questions?
